With an extensive career spanning over 8 years in the development sector, Charles has demonstrated expertise in design and implementation monitoring and evaluation activities.
His skills comprise the review of data, methods of data collection, and ensuring the quality of baseline/end-line statistics for impact evaluation. Charles excels in Monitoring and Evaluation and Program Management, showcasing proficiency in developing data entry templates using tailored software.

Specifically, he is skilled at conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, having collaborated with several Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs) in various capacities. Charles Nwaigwe has successfully led and supported projects, including the implementation of the World Health Organisation (WHO) funded Rapid Assessment on HIV Self Testing (HIVST) and Preexposure Prophylaxes (PrEP) Availability, Access, and Market Authorization in Nigeria across six states. He also contributed to the research component of the UNICEF-funded Adolescent Vulnerability Index (AVI), managed by the Population Council (PC) in four states of Nigeria. This is to mention a few.

He has actively supported the development of work plans, pipeline analysis, and the design and implementation of task-shifting management for hypertensive disorders in pregnancy. His contributions extend to international conferences, where he has presented abstracts through oral and poster presentations during the International Society for the Study of Hypertension (ISSHP) Conference in the Netherlands (2018) and the International Conference of Association of South African Social Worker Education Institutions (ASASWEI) in Durban, South Africa (2023).
